I've been playing with this site and its pretty fun....i'm going to post some pictures now....i know you are all surprised. I tried to do more friends but then the site went down...so i will add more later :)

So i'm a little bored!! So i made a honeymoon collage!

So the first year of marriage you learn a lot about your spouse and the little things that just come up randomly. Take last night for instance....i've been sick for about 4 days now and Cody has been really good (although, i think he is sick of me being sick)....but last night i was taking my temperature, he looks at me very seriously and say "did you not put one of the plastic covers on the thermometer" i look at him and say no....then he said "how are we supposed to keep it sanitized" and looked at me like he would never use that thermometer. Throughout my entire life i have always just used alcohol to clean of the thermometer and never had a problem. And yesterday, i knew i was running a fever....i used the plastic cover and took my tempature....99.8....i took the plastic cover off and took it again....101.2, there is just a little bit of difference there :) Its little things like this that you learn about each other that you never even thought there would be much of a difference.

I did go to the doctor yesterday...she gave me a shot of antibotics, which feels like is already starting to kick in. I don't have a fever this morning, thank goodness. And as long as i don't swallow or talk i'm okay :) Its been nice having 3 days off of work so that i don't have to use my sick days! The doctor thinks i should probably take tomorrow off too, i probably will just so i will feel 100% on Monday!

so i'm pretty sure i have strep....which totally sucks! i've been running a fever on and off and my throat is KILLING me! its really hard to swallow! i'm pretty sure it wasn't you theresa :) i was going to go to the doctor today but since its hard to get out of our house i set up something for tomorrow. hopefully i'll be able to get out tomorrow! putnam city is already closed hopefully we will be too! cody got up this morning and made me a pot of tea and is letting me have the den to watch the first season on NCIS! isn't that sweet!

I'm done with the ice, it sucks! First i woke up this morning with a sore throat....yes, i know, i'm always sick :( It took me close to thirty minutes to get the ice off my car to drive home. then, i make it all the way home and almost hit cody's car when i'm driving into the drive way. I get out of the car and fall on my ass as i'm about to get to the grass....my body has hurt all day, my throat and head hurts and then i fell....so of course i start crying! I'm really glad we don't have school tomorrow! It has already been officially closed!

I just bought tickets for Andrew Bird on St Patricks Day in Tulsa! I have seen him at least once and he is awesome...i'm excited to see him more up close and personal at Cain's Ballroom! He just released an album...Noble Beast, which i have yet to listen to but will keep you updated! Let me know if you are interested in going to Tulsa with us! So it helps that people are getting into blogging, either again or just starting. I like to blog and there are often times i think....i should blog that and i forget or just never do. But now that more people are doing it again, i'm getting better. I did notice today that i have blogged a lot about school lately so i hope i don't complete bore you!!

Recently...Cody hooked up our computer to our new TV. I can honestly say it is super cool. First...we can watch programs on Hulu.com. If you haven't been to that site i highly recommend it. It has lots of movies and TV shows that you can watch for free...with very little to no commercials!

Last night we went as saw Inkheart....the movie i blogged about a few post ago. It was pretty good! I suggest you watch the movie before you read the book...the movie won't be as disappointing then. Most of the movie was really good...then it got to the end and it they changed some things that weren't bad but weren't as good as the book! I do recommend seeing it!

But the movie i HIGHLY recommend seeing is Slumdog Millionaire. Cody went in telling me it was a feel good movie....about half way through i turned to him and was like "what is so feel good about this movie" :) It did get more feel good towards the end but i truly think it was the best of the year! At least the ones i've seen!

So the 2nd grade art class was doing an under the sea art project.....as you may guess, they were drawing animals under the sea....i'll just post this one and see what you guys think it looks like. I just started laughing when i saw it!

so i have a lot of elementary school art....as many of you could probably guess. some of it is pretty funny and some of it is pretty good. most of them aren't good at all but i'm going to show anyway! here are some self portraits from one of the kindergarten classes. :)

I would just like to say that kids are getting more and more mean. Kindergarten is one of the meanest....and they tattle all the freakin' flippin' time. Today a teacher friends brought me a letter from a kindergartener. This letter was going to another kindergartener in this little girls class.

"Fine don't be my friend. I will find someone else. Do not love....(and the little girls name)"

I actually kind of find this funny...but really mean for kindergarten.

Then there are the kindergarten class that is saying things like this.

"who wants to come to my house and play guitar hero? but you can't come" (and he points one of the little boys at his table....)

Now i remember stuff like this in middle school when i was growing up...but not kindergarten.

So this morning i woke up and threw up a couple of times...called some work friends and stayed home! I think it was a migraine....my head was killing me too! I know everyone wanted to know this information.

So Theresa turned me on to a German book series called Inkheart. I'm almost finished with the book....i suggest everyone read it. Anyway...they are coming out with a movie and i can't wait to see it. Even without reading the book it looks good! Here is the trailer! It comes out on the 23rd!

I'm not making any real new years resolution.....i'm trying to just do things that i know need to be done and that i need to be better at. Such as being more organized....cleaning more.....keeping up with the laundry....things i really really don't like to do but if i can stay on top of it, it should be easier!
