went camping with my brother, sister and dad yesterday and got back today just in time to go to camp and paint the football field and then go to band practice....
band practice went really well, tomorrows show is going to be really good i think....i think the group is starting to gel and we are starting to get our music to where we are comfortable with it...i think i'm going to work on some memorization stuff....i think i play better when i'm not looking at the music ....
camping was okay....it really wasn't camping...it was sleeping in a cabin and doing a little fishing...oh yeah, we did a lot of driving too...we had fun singing old songs and my brother was our tour guide...i believe my brother could possibly be the funniest person i know....
we kicked some mc hammer ass the other night...unfortunately i let the real mc hammer get away though...but we will track him, he's got some info we need : )
show tomorrow at the opolis in norman....we start playing at 9:00....i have no idea about cost though...and i'm sure if i told you something i'd be totally wrong...that seems to be how things are turning out lately...
oh yes, good news....i'm going to see sufjan stevens with some friends at the end of july in denver....very exciting for 2 reasons...1st i've never been to denver...2nd, well its pretty obvious, i love sufjan stevens, its going to be a great trip....
toll house has made a great creation...its a mint brownie ice cream sandwhich...mint ice cream in between chocolate brownies....very very nice...
