Cellist Eve Miller Leaves Matt Pond PA

In the midst of mixing their latest album, Matt Pond PA reported via the band's official website that cellist Eve Miller has left the band. Unfortunately for you drama-loving readers, this doesn't seem to be a G-unit/unot situation. In fact, Eve seems to have taken off on fairly good terms, the website stating with absolutely no capitalization, "...Eve Miller has decided to leave the band. we all still love each other of course, but there can be such a thing as too much touring, and eve decided it was time to move on."
So, the search begins. Matt Pond PA is looking for a replacement, preferably someone who plays both cello and keyboards, wants to be a committed member of the group, and resides in or near New York City. Think you have what it takes to be a PA? Well, here you have it, straight from the band, "if this sounds like something you would like to do, please email brian (brian at mattpondpa dot com) and tell us as much as you think we need to know about yourself, your musical background, and why you might want to join our band. also, please forward this to anyone you might know who might potentially be interested in this opportunity."

I e-mailed the guy today...i guess it never hurts to try and i have actually heard of matt pond before, i like his stuff....
